Cancellation before Shipment 

If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@crossloop.co or call us on 9769465202. 

Cancellation post Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on care@crossloop.co or call us on 9769465202

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 72 business hours. 

Cancellation by Crossloop

  1. Though we always have inventory available for the products displayed on our website. However, at times order can be cancelled if receive heavy demands and hence fail to supply.
  2. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit or debit card account within 48 hours.

Return or Exchange Policy 

In case the customer will receive damage or defective product they can return or exchange their product within 72 hours.

1.) If the customer wants a refund the full amount will be refunded to user's bank account within 30 working days.
