When will I receive my order?
All Paid orders will be delivered within 3-4 days and the unpaid orders are delivered within 5-8 working days.
What is the warranty period?
If our products don't work the way we promised, we'll make it right! Our products are made with utmost precision and we are sure, you will love them. However, just in case if you face any issue, we provide 100% warranty against any manufacturing defect upto 1 year. Warranty on charging cable is 6 months.
Note:- COD Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following cases are not covered in the above warranty-
1.) Faults due to wear & tear
2.) Faults resulting from improper use
3.) Water damage. Please note that Crossloop earphones are water resistant not waterproof.

We make optimum efforts to ensure that all products delivered are of the best quality. However, if you receive a damaged or different item, please email us at care@crossloop.co and reviewing your concern would be our highest priority!
Is it secure to pay online through your website?
All of our credit card transactions are processed over a 256-bit SSL certificate, which is then processed by Razorpay who is one of India's leading credit card processors. We do not store any of your credit card details. Your payment is processed securely through our payment system and no one is able to view any of your sensitive details.

At Crossloop all earphones shown as “in stock” on our site ARE in stock unless stated otherwise.

Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation by Crossloop - At times, few of the orders placed might be cancelled if there's a huge demand. But rest assured we've never cancelled any order. But in any case, if any customer's order is cancelled after the payment, the said amount will be reversed back with in 7 working days.
Cancellation by the User - Once an order is placed, customer can cancel the order within same business day. If the order is prepaid & cancelled within the same business day, the paid amount will be refunded to customer's bank account with in 30 working days. In case the order is cancelled after 24 hours, Crossloop will deduct the shipping charges and the balance amount will be returned back to the customer's account within 30 working days.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once the order is placed, you will be directed to our 'Thank You' page, confirming that your order has been successfully placed. You will also receive a confirmation email about the order. At times, our emails take a bit of time to get through to the you. If you don't receive any confirmation email, please contact our customer support at care@crossloop.co; expect responses within 24hours.
Can I amend my order?
