The earphones are awesome and you will love them. However, In case you face problems, we are giving 100% warranty against any manufacturing defect upto 1 year.
Warranty on charging cable is 6 months
Note:- COD Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following cases are not covered in the above warranty-
1.) Faults due to wear & tear
2.) Faults resulting from improper use
3.) Water damage. Please note that Crossloop earphones are water resistant not waterproof.
What if I received a damaged or different earphone?
We make optimum efforts to ensure that all products delivered are of the best quality. However, if you receive a damaged or different item, please email us at email@example.com and reviewing your concern would be our highest priority!
Is it secure to pay online through your website?
All of our credit card transactions are processed over a 256-bit SSL certificate, which is then processed by Razorpay who is one of India's leading credit card processors. We do not store any of your credit card details. Your payment is processed securely through our payment system and no one is able to view any of your sensitive details.
Are all of your products in stock?
At Crossloop all earphones shown as “in stock” on our site ARE in stock unless stated otherwise.

Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation by Crossloop-
- Though we always have inventory available for the products displayed on our website. However, at times order can be cancelled if receive heavy demands and hence fail to supply.
- If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit or debit card account.
Cancellation by the User -
Once an order is placed, customer can cancel the order within same business day.
1.) If the order is prepaid & cancelled within same business day, the full amount will be refunded to user's bank account maximum of 30 working days.
In case the order is cancelled after 24 hours, Crossloop will deduct the shipping charges and the balance amount will be returned back to the customer's account within 30 working days.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you have placed your order online you would have been directed to our 'Thank You' page which confirms your order has gone through our system. You will also be sent a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail as sometimes our emails may be picked up by your spam filter. You should also wait an hour as sometimes our emails take a bit of time to get through to you.
If you still haven’t received a confirmation email please contact our customer services department by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to check that your order and payment have gone through successfully.
Can I amend my order?
If you would like to make any amendments to your order, such as changing the delivery address, please call our customer services department on 9769465202 within same business day.
